Scope and Website Access

These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between Krelè and its customers and regulate the electronic purchase of products through www.krelelabel.com.

By placing an order through this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions without reservation.

These terms apply to all purchases completed through the Krelè website, regardless of the delivery method. Krelè reserves the right to update or amend these terms whenever necessary. Any changes will be published on this page and will not apply retroactively to orders already confirmed.

Krelè is not responsible for unwanted or harmful material that may be downloaded while browsing the website, or for the absence of antivirus software, firewalls, security updates, or other protective measures on the user’s device.

Users are responsible for protecting their devices against viruses, malware, unauthorised access, and other external security threats.

Eligibility and Order Process

Customers must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to make purchases through the website.

Creating an account may require the customer to provide information such as their first name, last name, email address, and password. Account credentials and passwords are personal and must be kept confidential.

Customers place orders by following the purchasing process available on the website. Before confirming an order, the customer will be able to review the selected products, quantities, prices, delivery details, and any applicable costs.

Krelè is not responsible where a third party uses a customer’s account credentials to place an order without the customer’s knowledge or authorisation.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided during checkout is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Order Confirmation

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is considered accepted once the customer receives an order confirmation from Krelè by email, telephone, or another available communication method.

Krelè reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability;

  • Incorrect product or pricing information;

  • Incomplete or inaccurate customer information;

  • Suspected fraudulent activity;

  • Delivery limitations;

  • Technical or payment-related issues.

Where an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.

Products and Prices

The products available for purchase are displayed on www.krelelabel.com.

Krelè makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes, availability, and prices are accurate.

However, product colours may appear differently depending on the customer’s screen, device settings, lighting, or photography. Minor differences in colour, texture, or appearance do not necessarily indicate that a product is defective.

All product prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Delivery costs are not included in the product price and are covered by the customer unless free delivery or another arrangement is expressly indicated on the website.

If a pricing error is identified after an order has been placed, Krelè will inform the customer. The customer may choose to proceed with the corrected price or cancel the order.

Krelè reserves the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed.

Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Adding an item to the shopping bag does not reserve or guarantee its availability. A product may become unavailable before the order is completed or confirmed.

Where an ordered product is unavailable, Krelè may contact the customer to offer:

  • A replacement product;

  • A different size or colour;

  • A later delivery date;

  • Cancellation of the unavailable item or the entire order.

Payment Methods

Customers may pay for their orders using the following method:

  • Cash on delivery.

Additional payment methods may be introduced and displayed on the website from time to time.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that payment and delivery information is accurate.

If Krelè is unable to fulfil an order that has already been paid, the amount corresponding to the unavailable products and any applicable costs will be refunded using an appropriate payment method.

Product Delivery

Orders are generally delivered within two working days from order confirmation, unless a different delivery period is communicated to the customer.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, courier delays, weather conditions, high order volumes, remote delivery locations, or other circumstances outside Krelè’s reasonable control.

In the event of a significant delay, the customer will be notified and may choose whether to continue with or cancel the order, where applicable.

Delivery is available within Albania unless Krelè expressly offers delivery to other countries or territories.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for being available to receive the order.

When receiving the package, the customer should check its external condition. By accepting the delivery without raising any visible concerns, the customer acknowledges that the package was received in apparently satisfactory condition.

Where delivery fails because of incorrect information, repeated absence, refusal to accept the order, or another reason attributable to the customer, the customer may be required to cover additional delivery costs and may not be entitled to reimbursement of the original shipping costs.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.

An order cannot always be cancelled once it has been prepared, dispatched, or handed over to the courier. Where cancellation is no longer possible, the customer may follow the applicable return procedure after receiving the product.

Krelè reserves the right to cancel an order where it cannot be fulfilled due to product unavailability, incorrect information, technical issues, delivery restrictions, or other justified circumstances.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Law No. 9902, dated 17 April 2008, “On Consumer Protection”, customers may have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days from the date the product is received.

Unless otherwise stated, returned products must:

  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged;

  • Be returned in their original condition;

  • Include all original labels and tags;

  • Be returned in the original packaging where applicable;

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or the relevant order information.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or Krelè has expressly agreed to cover the return costs.

Krelè reserves the right to refuse a return where the product shows signs of use, wear, washing, damage, alteration, perfume, makeup, stains, removed labels, or other conditions that prevent the product from being resold.

Certain products may be excluded from return where permitted by law, particularly personalised, altered, made-to-order, or hygiene-sensitive products.

Any applicable refund will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Original delivery charges may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or where the return results from an error by Krelè.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products

Customers must follow the care instructions included on the product label or product page. Krelè is not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow the recommended washing, ironing, drying, storage, or care instructions.
