 Damaged or Incorrect Items

  If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, kindly let us know on the same day it is received at info@krelelabel.com. Please include your order number, a
  description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

  Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags attached.

  After reviewing the request, we may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or another appropriate solution.
