Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they have been prepared or dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

What should I do if I entered the wrong delivery information?

We cannot guarantee that delivery details can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

What payment methods do you accept?

Orders can currently be paid by cash on delivery.

Are the prices displayed on the website final?

Yes. Product prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are added separately during checkout.

Where does Krelè deliver?

Krelè currently delivers throughout Albania.

How much does shipping cost?

The standard shipping cost is 300 ALL for deliveries within Albania, unless a free shipping promotion is clearly stated on the website.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days from the date the order is confirmed.

Delivery times may vary during weekends, public holidays, busy periods, adverse weather conditions, or courier delays.

How can I track my order?

What happens if I am unavailable when the courier arrives?

Incorrect washing, drying, ironing, or storage may damage the garment and affect its quality.

Will sold-out products be restocked?

Selected pieces may be restocked depending on availability.

Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date the order is received, in accordance with the applicable return conditions.

What condition must the product be in?

Returned products must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • Unwashed and undamaged
  • Free from stains, makeup, perfume, or other signs of use
  • Returned with all original labels and tags attached
  • Returned in their original packaging where applicable
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order information

Who pays the return shipping cost?
