Shipping costs 250 ALL within Tirana and 360 ALL for deliveries outside Tirana. Orders are delivered within 3–7 business days.

This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or where a return is otherwise required by applicable law.

Returned products must be:

• Unused and unworn
• Unwashed and undamaged
• Free from stains, makeup, perfume, or other signs of use
• Returned with all original labels and tags attached
• Returned in their original packaging where applicable
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or order information
