Shipping Policy
Krelè delivers orders within Albania through authorised courier services.
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days from the date the order is confirmed. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, weekends, public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or periods of high order volume.
The standard shipping cost is 300 ALL for orders delivered within Albania, unless free shipping or another promotional offer is clearly stated on the website.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, telephone number, and contact information when placing an order. Krelè is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, changes to the delivery address may not be possible.
If the courier is unable to deliver the order due to the customer’s absence, incorrect information, refusal to accept the package, or another reason attributable to the customer, additional delivery costs may apply.
